Manish Fitkariwala

(FOUNDER)

With over 22 years of experience, 15 years of working  in the corporate world as top management with renowned brands like IBM,  Lenovo, Canon,  Xerox and having being associated for more than 13 years with Sri Lankan industry, Manish Fitkariwala is an entrepreneur  who is extremely passionate about making a difference in the weddings and events industry. His last assignment was with the prestigious Trident Group as CEO-SAARC, Sri Lanka. Having being well travelled to various countries across the globe he has work experience in diversified cultures.

With a keen eye for detail, Manish along with his artistic and aesthetic team creates magic with floral & fabrics, quality control, material procurement & outsourcing, building creative strategies and technical planning for Catapultt.  Endless hours are devoted on ideation, creation and production; the entire team works tirelessly to execute a flawless event.

Finally the leadership team is back and I have only one word for you and Shehan …. EXCELLENT. Since the time of our arrival & till the immigration point at Sri Lanka airport, Shehan was with us like a shadow. Despite of changes we made, he was extremely calm & co-operative. We both enjoy reading through our India Journals and reliving our time there. Clearly Jim is keen to return, for our second deals meet at Goa (Maybe), he was asking me to convey his appreciation for the wonderful execution of First dealers meet in India!! Both Abhishek and Shalu did a fabulous job, always on toes to please our dealers who at times were really tough. Also, Rohit & Sujit did a exceptional service being there for us 24 hours, day in and out. Their stay at same hotel helped us clearing our last minute changes.
